This smoked salmon pate will be a hit at your next dinner party!
6 oz.
Treasure Island Smoked Salmon
3 oz.
Softened Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp.
Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp.
Minced Onion (Optional)
3/4 to 1 Cup
Chopped nuts (Pecans are Recommended)
In a food processor, grind the salmon until fine. Transfer salmon into a mixing bowl. With a mixer on medium speed, add the next four ingredients in the order listed. With your hands, shape the pate into a ball, then roll in the chopped nuts.
Makes approximately 1 1/4 cups.
