Each carefully selected Treasure Island smoked salmon side, with its delicate taste, is trimmed, uniformly sliced and then placed upon a gold foil serving board. The side is then vacuum sealed and flash frozen to preserve its high quality and natural goodness. These pre-sliced sides are available in all species. Available individually or by the 5kg carton.
