Through the process of filleting, smoking and packaging in our federally registered HACCP approved plant, our staff continually monitor product quality and temperature to ensure maximum freshness and increased shelf life. For the preperation of your smoked salmon keep your product frozen until you are ready to use it. When thawed, cut open the end of the sealed bag and store in the refrigerator. These products should be served within 10 days after thawing since they have a 10-14 day shelf life.
